Studies and coursework investigate the definition, concepts, importance and influence of stress in our everyday life. In the course, students will become familiar with the principles, perspectives, and theories related to stress as well as develop and apply self-assessment techniques designed to minimize stress. Additionally, students will learn the importance of emotion, personality, mental health, and self-being qualifications relevant to handling stress and ways to adapt to stressful situations using positive thinking and stress management techniques that can help release stress both at work and at home.
