A study of the concepts and human rights principle; roles of human rights and the development of Universal of human rights and in Thai society; views on human rights; development policies of government effect on human rights; concepts of moral, ethics and social responsibility of bureaucrats; practice on good governance; problems of ethics in globalization era; the social impacts and guidelines for moral, ethics, code of ethics and public responsibility; the relationship between moral system and law principles, good governance of government officials and politicians
