Application of the theoretical and practical aspects for global entrepreneurs that combines the analysis of international environment, how to prepare for being global entrepreneurs, international business, and winning international strategy with special focus on how small and medium business can response and grow in fast-changing global business environment This course focuses on providing experience for starting up new businesses in global environment, which includes innovation strategy, selection of appropriate business ideas, business viability check and action plan for the new business, as well as fund raising, management processes and resources, management of sales effort, management of the board of directors, and value-adding for the company's investors.
