Learning management skill development in primary school by integrating of content knowledge both of principles and paradigm of social education, religion and culture content with nature of its subject area content, learning models appropriate to the learners, organization of stimulating environment for the learners based on learner-oriented, learning design based on based on education and classification of learners according to their differences, technology for learning, preparation of learning plans, performance of teaching operation, learners performance evaluation and improvement, and application of research process for problem solving for improvement of learning process
