Evolution; sources and scope of the international trade law; various types of contracts relating to international trade and their correlation; conflict of laws governing the international commercial contracts; important terms and conditions frequently used in international contract for sale of goods; incoterms and crucial international conventions relating to international contract for sales of goods; legal provisions governing carriage of goods contracts under the Thai Civil and Commercial Code; the relevant laws regarding cargo insurance; lex mercatoria (Merchant Law) relating to the cargo insurance
