ปฐมบทสู่การศึกษาและความเข้าใจในวิชาชีพครู การประยุกต์ใช้หลักปรัชญา แนวคิด และทฤษฎีทางการศึกษา ศาสนา เศรษฐกิจ สังคม วัฒนธรรม การประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดและกลวิธีการจัดการศึกษา การวิเคราะห์เกี่ยวกับการศึกษาเพื่อเสริมสร้างการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และการประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาสถานศึกษา การเข้าใจสภาพงานครู คุณลักษณะ และมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ การปลูกฝังจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับครูและวิชาชีพครู การจัดการความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพครู การสร้างความก้าวหน้าและพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง การสร้างความรอบรู้ในเนื้อหาวิชาที่สอนและกลยุทธ์การสอนเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนคิดวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ สร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ๆ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เป็นผู้ใฝ่เรียนรู้และสร้างนวัตกรรม การแสวงหาและใช้ข้อมูลข่าวสารความรู้ การพัฒนาตนเองให้มีความรอบรู้ทันสมัยและทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับผู้เรียนที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้เรียน ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ เอาใจใส่และยอมรับความแตกต่างของผู้เรียนแต่ละบุคคล การมีหลักธรรมาภิบาล ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต จรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพที่คุรุสภากำหนด การปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีมีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมของวิชาชีพครู และเป็นพลเมืองที่เข้มแข็ง การมีจิตสำนึกสาธารณะ และเสียสละให้สังคม และการปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพด้วยจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู
